My qualifications & journey

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in repeating patterns, or finding life heavy right now? Taking the step to seek support can feel daunting, but you don't have to navigate it alone.

I'm Jean-Paul, a qualified integrative counsellor (BACP Registered). Alongside private practice, I work with Help Counselling and have worked with Cruse Bereavement Support.

My approach is warm, confidential, and grounded in person-centred care, drawing from psychodynamic, humanist, CBT, and practical DBT skills. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, or navigating neurodiversity (ADHD/autism), we'll work together at your pace.

Therapy starts with a simple conversation. I offer a free 20-minute online chat to explore if we're a good fit. If you're ready to reach out, I'd love to hear from you.

  • Locations: In-person (Bank & Tooting, London) and Online
  • Health Insurance: Vitality, WPA (Possible providers: Allianz, Healix)

“My intention is to offer a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard and supported in their therapeutic journey.”
